Each Back Nine Social Club shirt is printed to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing and delivery

Your total delivery time includes both production and shipping. Any delivery estimates shown on our website or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Timing may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier delays, and periods of high demand.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. Once production or shipping has begun, address changes may not be possible.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

If your shipment appears delayed, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and relevant details. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
