Returns & Refunds

Every Back Nine Social Club shirt is printed to order. Please review the product details, color selection, and size chart before purchasing.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or if you selected the wrong size or color. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the issue and the full item

• A photo of the size label if you received the wrong size

Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional charge or a refund for the affected item.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. A physical return is generally not required for approved damage or defect claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

Missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us promptly through our Contact page so we can investigate.
